PEARL SCHOOL OF MODELING mission is to shape the confidence of girls and women to become global leaders, through modeling, leadership and entrepreneurship training!




Melissa began her modeling journey with private lessons from Ms. Pearl, holding lessons at Clark Atlanta University. During their early sessions, Ms. Pearl introduced her to the fundamentals of runway walking and posing.
Sara took classes at Pearl School of Modeling, refining her runway and posing skills. Since then, Sara has walked in countless runway shows and has held the title of USA National Jr Teen.

Jeniah attended Pearl School of Modeling, where she earned the title of Pearl of the Class and traveled with Ms. Pearl to New York Fashion Week. The following year, she returned to walk in NYFW, marking a major milestone in her modeling journey.
Slay Week ATL is a reality series produced by A Lady Named Pearl where models compete as entrepreneurs.

The Teen Pearls program is designed to build strong foundations during the most formative years of personal development. This track focuses on posture, poise, runway fundamentals, camera presence, and public speaking, while simultaneously nurturing self-worth and leadership skills.

The Young Adult Pearls track is for emerging leaders, creatives, and professionals ready to refine their voice and define their brand. Whether pursuing modeling, influencing, entrepreneurship, or corporate leadership, this program focuses on turning talent into structure and visibility into opportunity.

The Mature Pearls track is designed for women who understand that growth has no expiration date. Whether transitioning careers, reclaiming confidence, launching a business, or stepping into public visibility, this program supports powerful reinvention.























This 8-course package is our premier offering, designed to provide comprehensive training in modeling, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Upon successful completion, you are welcomed into the Pearl Sisterhood as a lifetime member, unlocking exclusive opportunities and benefits.

This 6-course experience blends entrepreneurship + influencer strategy — helping students build a purpose-driven brand, monetize their gifts, and communicate with confidence. INSTRUCTOR - Beverly Peele is an iconic American supermodel and actress who rose to international fame during the late 1980s and 1990s. INSTRUCTOR - Fatou Jobe is a prominent fashion model recognized for her work with leading global brands such as Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, and Calvin Klein.
