Linda “Pearl” Fils-Aime is the founder of Pearl School of Modeling, where she helps women, especially high-achieving professionals, build confidence, presence, and executive-level poise through modeling-based training.

A seasoned fashion model, performing artist, author, speaker, and educator, Pearl began her career walking the runway for the legendary Ebony Fashion Fair, touring across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Her experience in high-level fashion laid the foundation for her understanding of presence, image, and how to command a room.

She later transitioned into business, working in luxury real estate at Fisher Island Real Estate in Miami, and becoming a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker while earning her MBA from Clark Atlanta University. Pearl went on to work as a real estate analyst for a Fortune 1 company and later served as an adjunct business professor at Clark Atlanta University, teaching Leadership and Professional Development from 2011 to 2017.

Through her unique blend of fashion, business, and education, Pearl recognized a gap: many successful women were accomplished in their careers, but did not always feel confident being seen, whether in photos, at events, or in public-facing spaces.

In response, she founded Pearl School of Modeling in 2014, creating a space where women can develop confidence, refine their presence, and learn how to carry themselves with intention, both professionally and socially.

She also launched A Lady Named Pearl Foundation Inc. in 2015, a nonprofit dedicated to providing scholarships and confidence-building programs for girls, ensuring the next generation has access to the same tools for self-development and leadership.

Today, Pearl continues to help women step into their next level with confidence and clarity. She is also a featured TEDx speaker, sharing her message on transformation, visibility, and purpose.
