A Lady Named Pearl Leadership Academy is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to shape the CONFIDENCE of our students to become future leaders through leadership, modeling and entrepreneurship training.

Becoming a 'Pearl'
Like a pearl, leaders are not born, they are cultivated with an intricate balance of pressure, stringent conditions and time for development.
A Lady Named Pearl Leadership Academy cultivates 'Pearls' through a 10-week program providing training in leadership, modeling and entrepreneurship training.
To become a 'PEARL', you must complete our 10-week program.
ALNP Leadership Program -10 Week Curriculum
Completion of 10 Weeks = Graduation
A Lady Named Pearl Leadership Academy operates during the spring, summer, and fall semesters. Our semesters consist of 8 classes. Students must complete 10 weeks of training with a score of 70% or above to graduate from ALNP, to earn a Pearl Jacket and additional swag! Graduates of ALNP become mentors, compete for funding, and participate in international leadership trips, etc.

Cost of Program
10 Week Program Tuition -
Tuition includes: Training in leadership, professional development and entrepreneurship
Tuition Cost:
Option 1: $499 ($299 deposit, $100 a month thereafter)
Option 2: Tuition is free in exchange for 20 hours of service to ALNP Foundation Inc. (10 hours during course, 10 hours after graduation)

Week 6 - Branding/Social Media and Marketing/Finance (Online)
Week 7 - Dressing for Success/Make-Up (Online)
Week 8 - Entrepreneurship Presentations (Online)
Week 9 - Fashion Show *In person in Atlanta
Week 10 - Photo Shoot *In person in Atlanta
