Linda Pearl Fils-Aime is a TEDx speaker, leadership coach, professional model, entrepreneur, and founder of A Lady Named Pearl, an organization dedicated to helping girls and women build confidence, leadership, and professional presence through modeling-based development.

With more than 20 years of professional modeling experience, including touring with the legendary Ebony Fashion Fair, Linda has built a career at the intersection of image, confidence, leadership, and personal development. She also spent six years teaching Leadership and Professional Development at Clark Atlanta University, where she helped prepare emerging professionals to strengthen their communication, confidence, and leadership skills.

Today, Linda combines lessons from the runway, classroom, and entrepreneurship to teach women how to develop authentic confidence, command their presence, strengthen their personal brand, and show up powerfully in professional and public-facing environments.
