DJ GARDY Girault
Innovative Haitian DJ, music producer and singer, Gardy Girault built his reputation in the mid-2010s with a distinctive merging of rara music rhythms and electronic music that he referred to as "rara tech." By the decade's end, he had created his own label and found international success, releasing numerous EPs and playing his custom blend everywhere. Gardy's influence spans well beyond the island, with frequent appearances in global cities such as Dubai, Havana, Miami, Montreal, Toronto, New York, Miami, Dakar, Panama City, Los Angeles, Abidjan, Paris, Accra, Brussels, and more. He performs at prestigious venues including Pérez Art Museum Miami, Opéra de Limoges, Théatre de Liege, U Street Music Hall, Djoon, Fábrica de Arte Cubano, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Pacha NYC, Space Miami, SAT Montreal, among others. Notable highlights of his career include participation in Carsten Holler’s Prada Double Club Miami during Art Basel, appearances at the Winter Music Conference, New York Fashion Week for Donna Karan’s collection, and performances at the Festival International de Jazz de Port au Prince, Ouidah Vodun Days, Everyday People etc.
