A Lady Named Pearl Foundation mission is to shape the confidence of girls and women to become future leaders through modeling, leadership and entrepreneurship training.
A Lady Named Pearl's Modeling and Leadership Academy cultivates leaders also known as “pearls”.
Like a pearl, leaders are not born, they are cultivated with an intricate balance of pressure, stringent conditions and time for development.
