A Lady Named Pearl's Modeling and Leadership Academy cultivates leaders also known as “pearls”.

Like a pearl, leaders are not born, they are cultivated with an intricate balance of pressure, stringent conditions and time for development.

Founded in 2015, ALNP Foundation Inc has impacted over 1145 girls globally. Eighty-five percent of our student body are African -American, and 15% is a combination of Caucasian, Asian, Hispanic, and Indian.  From 2015 - 2020 we have developed over 620 entrepreneurs, increasing the number of women-owned businesses worldwide.

In 2020, our organization was awarded the ‘Positive Change/Most Influential Award’ at the PBFW Black Excellence Gala, and in 2019, the ‘Best of Atlanta Award’ by Atlanta Award Program. Furthermore, ALNP Foundation Inc was featured on TED Talks for our innovative platform to upend the old modeling industry and utilize modeling programs as a tool to help shape future global leaders of all sizes, genders, perspectives, and mindsets.

      2. The second, easier, method involves signing up for an account at https://www.kroger.com/account/create/. This method will give you a virtual card number that you can use in any store. You can also input your phone number to access your benefits at the register in the store, as well.
